I’ve been getting into yoga this quarter as one of the physical activities that’s helping me improve my health and overall well-being. With the guidance from @laurasykora @Masumi_g @Gypsetgoddess @Beachyogagirl @Affirmats @Kdeerhauteyoga I will be doing my FIRST instagram challenge— #maytheforcebewithyogis. I did this pose early this morning today in my class but I didn’t get a chance to take a picture so I re-did it at night, hence my shoes :p I encourage you to try something new this month of May by following me on this journey and trying it on your own!
